A SMALL SIGNAL, BEFORE A BIG PROBLEM

Pump Signals.

Follow three temperature sensors through a warming event, a missing-data interval, and recovery.

Synthetic replay. These are generated readings and rule-based alerts, not real equipment data or a trained failure-prediction model.

Watch the signal

S1 teal · S2 orange · S3 violet. Dashed line: warning at 70°C; clears at 65°C.

Event trail

A missing sample never becomes a zero reading. Repeated hot samples produce one warning until recovery.

    How this works

A seeded Python generator produces 353 readings. SQLite stores readings and alert transitions. The hosted demo replays an exported snapshot; the downloadable source also runs a local read-only API.

At 70°C a warning opens. At 65°C it clears, preventing alert chatter. A gap event records missing intervals when a sensor returns.

This companion demo makes the monitoring pipeline inspectable without Raspberry Pi hardware. It does not reproduce the original project's Random Forest model.
